I forget where I found it but you can buy it online but it's very expensive. Contrail or whoever the car trailer company is that makes the big 9 & 10 car trailers has it all wrapped up. Maybe it's their patent or something but it was gonna cost me over $4k to get enough to do the runners on my trailer. They don't sell it cheap.
That's why manufacturers like Kaufman use the extruded wire mesh instead. Shipshe probably has a deal with them to get it for their trailers that or they're making it themselves.
Edit.. here found the link again.. (it's called punched hole decking btw)
DeckingLite bug and 24kHotshot Thank this. -
Cut off the railings after a low car got caught on it.
Before blue masking tape was taken off, painted with primer to stop any rust. I know the colors dont match. They get a bit darker when dry.
To load really low or long wheelbase cars I got a set of race ramps. I'm ready for any load now. Only place I can store them securely was behind the pass seat.
D.Tibbitt and stuckinthemud Thank this. -

If you happen to crawl under your truck sometime, snap some pictures of how they supported those pull outs if you don't mind. I'm planning a rebuild of my trailer's dovetail this winter and was trying to sort out a way to incorporate some flip-outs without having them be actual flip-outs sitting on the deck. I like the pullout idea, but would be nice to see how they support them on the underside.
I can carry 2x 12ft Cargo vans (Like the budget rental or u-hal ones)on my trailer but I need some extensions to get 2x full-size Sprinters on it. -
Actually being your up north.. I'd consider doing some of the monster liner stuff.
Monstaliner do-it-yourself roll-on truck bed liner
It's the bedliner but you can get it in various colors, but would give you protection to the steel but also a much better grip when you get snow/ice or water on it. If nothing else just do the areas you walk and drive up. You can get it color matched to your paint I'm pretty sure.24kHotshot Thanks this.
