    $125 for a pick up with 8’ plow. I hear… $200 is a 10 wheeler with plow , wing , and sander

    I believe…..

Based on what electronic signs are saying it looks like NYS DOT and PennDOT are looking for plow drivers as well. For those of you who own a full-size pickup and have a plow put on the front-looks like your ship has come in!
(Gotta pay that truck note and fuel bill somehow)!;)

Maybe I should get better dreams, but it has been a long time dream to get a pickup truck with a plow, spend a winter up north learning how to use it then stationing it in DFW so I can be the hero next time there is a big storm in Texas.

Dream big. I used to have a 2008 F-350 Super Duty Super Cab(extended cab)long bed 4x4 with a 6.4 Power Stroke turbo diesel(6-speed manual). I used it on one of my part-time jobs at the time (auto parts driver). The “Beast” (as it became known) could handle a pallet of motor oil in the truck bed plus brake drums and rotors ,plus cases of antifreeze in the rear of the cab and still wouldn’t break a sweat! It could get in and out of places where my employer’s box trucks couldn’t! That truck made me a celebrity of sorts!lmao

Dont panic buy all the stock, but definitely ought to start snagging extra fuel anti-gel conditioner and stockpile a weeks worth in the truck gents
