What if it Snows?

I mean i have never not got into every place i been sent to no matter what it was , unless it was physically impossible to get a truck up in there. But #### some places just love to make a drivers life hell for a couple minutes

 

Red is forward, blue is reverse, yellow is generally occupied by cars in various states of operation (or lack of operation)

 

I mean that downtown seattle delivery i did a couple weeks ago. Had to grease up the rub rails to fit in that frickin place. I sometimes wonder when people hire a construction company to remodel or build a new place for them . does the question " can a truck fit in here to deliver material" ever come up ? Id say the answer is probably no.

 

The place where you pull up in is private property? They don’t jump on you for using their parking lot ?

 

Yeah... To make that place worse, the guy that owns 86'd industries across the street is Grade A Richard... He is also the sourse of the broke down cars. He gets very mad if he has to wait more than 2 seconds to get in or out of his place.

 

That is one of those situations where u ask for forgiveness rather then permission

 

Its city property, the maintenance yard for city schools. The pallet place has gotten permission to pull onto thier property, but sometimes they close the gate... Then #### gets very creative, one must turn into a parking lot just east of where the red line starts, then back out onto the street and take that blind side corner into the alley in reverse... Its not very fun, but does happen about once a month.

 

It’s amazing how loaded rigs squaring up can tare up asphalt pavement…….

 

That is how my last 6 days were 12 to 14 hour days. Stopped 2 times with less than 10 mins on my 11. That isn't how I run so it ran me. Also how I got so far behind.

 

I wanted to get another 90 miles down the road tonight... But I was about 15 mins short on my 14, so I stopped at my "reliable" parking spot
