i just quit florilli because they are idiots and are ignorant!!!!! you will be harassed by stupid messages via qualcom every day about idle time and so on. Nobody in the office (dispatchers, recruiting, orientation, maintenance has ever been in a big truck except for the owner murray who supposedly lost his cdl due to drinking and driving. everything goes on your satellite from hard brakes ,low oil level , low coolant, everything. These people are IDIOTS!!!! they're possible inbreds that don't value their drivers whatsoever and believe drivers are a dime a dozen with 200 trucks.( most sit in davenport or are abandoned all over the place. ) This company has an exsessively high turn over rate and a extremely unsastisfactory safety rating. With the new CSA2010 going into effect you can count on numerous inspections which you will fail due to the poor maintenance program they have. TRUST ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE FOR THIS COMPANY. I WORKED THERE AND CAN TELL YOU FIRST HAND. The ones that are saying it's a great company are probably people from the office replying to you. I HAVE NEVER TALKED TO A HAPPY DRIVER WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. Anything you want to know ask . I will reply. If you do go you will be back on here complaining about them so please take my advice and STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Diamond2010 is right for the most part. I quit bcuz they rarely fix anything out on the road and tell you to bring the truck to Davenport to be fixed. With the new CSA2010 I wasn't taking my chances. I was in PA last winter with a bad air dryer and governor. The air dryer was bypassed by the mechanic they sent me to anad the mechanic quoted a price for the governor and they told him to tell me to be on my way and they would route me back to Davenport. This infuriated me but I did as I was told and luckily I was not inspected anywhere. (Florilli is known for getting inspected due to bad rating and they don't have pre-pass so you end up going over EVERY open scale.) I decided that was the end of it. The other reason...Todd...he's one of two maintenance guys that answer the phone and he's a d#%k to say the least. Other drivers have had to refuse to move AND call DOT to come out to get Florilli to fix a trailer. They did this to a guy with bad brakes on his trailer and he refused to go anywhere till it got fixed. The dispatcher AND Brad Jones the president told him to roll with it so the driver called DOT. DOT came out and needless to say the trailer got fixed. Anyway...the point is...Florilli is bad news, plain and simple. If they were any good there wouldn't be so many bad posts about them on here.

How did Brad get his JOB. Very simple HE BANGED THE BOSSES DAUGHTER. He was my Dispatcher when I was there in the 90's Clueless then. He thought and I was running team that we should be able to go 2000 miles in 24 hours. I asked were is the C-5. He went what is that I go the CARGO PLANE I can put this truck on to make your dleivery Schedule. After that things went down hill with him. He could not figure out that trucks could not run more than 69 at the time and also we had to stop for FUEL SOMETIMES. He chewed us out because we were 2 mins late on a delivery to Stockton CA when we had to throw Max Chains on Donner and as we were coming over Donner they were Closing the Pass Behind US. I was never Happier than when I left that craphole company.
