It usually is from that place. The last time I loaded out of there, there was one layer of wrap, and it only covered the middle part of the pallet. A load from there, you'll be thinking about it the whole way.

Speaking of that. We took a short load of taters from bailys to sams in olney to fill some time for friday morning. It was those like cardboard totes on pallets filled with taters. All double stacked. No load lock in place. Load lock was laying at the back along the wall. I thought wow, how hard is it to lock it in place. Takes maybe a couple minutes. Load came from imperial ne.

When ya go down to Pageland there isn't much for truck stops down there. But for futue reference there is a place right there at the state line if ya wanna be as close as possible to the DC. I've never done it myself but I've seen guys parked on the shoulder just before the turn into the dc before.

Those loads are junk from the get go at times. They don't always use good pallets or they don't stack an wrap the pallet well enough. Pallets collapse an all it takes is one or two for the domino effect to take over.
