What if it Snows?

That’s my problem. Some days worse than others. Stop take a break, good as new. Bad circulation on top of pinched nerves in my back. Much worse when carrying anything. It’s like a muscle spasm, down both outside of legs, from hips to knees. Makes everything tougher to do.

I need to try that myself. Good for stress too. My muscles hardly relax. Even while sleeping, during REM when the brains normally disconnected fir muscles. As a result, I’ll act out my dreams. Wake up beating the head board. Cussing etc. Looked it up online. 2/3 of a chance it’s an early sign of Parkinson’s. No telling. Being a Driver. Sleep study opens up a whole can of worms. Trying to get the lid on a few already. Lol.
