Teamster pension, health insurance day one, set schedule, home every day, 5 12hr shifts per week, 10k sign on bonus, half after 3 months, balance after 6 months.

If I take the low side of their average advertised pay and knock another 10 grand off of it, I'm still looking at a $20,000 per year pay increase.

Downsides are night shift again, using the house as a sleeper during busy seasons, driver facing cameras, and the persnickety safety rules found in cryo work.

I think I can put up with that for another $20,000 per year.......

 

If you can stand nightshift cryo work is the berries. Pay is above average but the company wants to own your soul this will become apparent when you try to schedule time off. Also it might be years before you get off weekends. Coughaircoughproductscough. Your MMV​

Sucess, Both delivers made, 25 Mile DH, Got 3.5 hrs to make it. I need to sweep Trailer. Noticed a ripple in the floor. Right where the big machine and forklift was a while back. Floor boards are probably cracked . Cross members look straight. Must be bent. Might have to flip them over
and replace more floor. Rather just buy a newer Trailer. Impossible now.

 

About 30 minutes before bedtime, take 2 Tylenol PM.. Aid to get to sleep...Works, no interference with any other meds I ever took...

 

Wait a minute, Dads got a few old Trucks? Surely Dad knows all about each one. Why not start with one. Dad might give you a good deal. Unless he’s like my Uncle that sold me a title missing possibly stolen Nova with a cracked block. Just saw a beautiful WS Solid black and shiney. Looked pretty good. What kind of Trucks does Dad have? The curiosity is killing me.
