@singlescrewshaker Probably going to commit some sort of crime here, it’s just my opinion. Think that truck would look a lot better without those stacks. They seem to not fit the line of the truck. Otherwise the truck is great.

What rpm we talking? Cummins claims optimal performance at 1200 to 1800 rpm for the m11 Screenshot_20211115-212330_Chrome.jpg

I changed the factory LED for some Trux brand projector ones - probably not a headlight issue as much as an issue with my head.

came down CA 78 and it has about 40 miles of big short roller coaster hills that turn slightly left or right just over the crest - that is the worst terrain for me at night plus they haven’t striped or reflectored that road is the 2 million years….

and yes I know it is length restricted to 65’

Detroit claimed the same rpm basically for the Series 60, & they are both dogs under 1400 imo. (Talking 11.1L 677ci & M11 661ci) They will both cruise at 12-1300 on the flat, but fall on their face on a grade at that rpm..

    62mph is~1500
    66mph is~1600
    70mph is ~1700
She seems to do fine anywhere in that range at this weight. Although there aren't really any hills I've run into today being in the midwest other than over passes..

When I hit 76mph, was just for a few seconds to get around a truck so is wasn't a snail race, but about 1850. She kept pulling, but that was plenty fast for me..

Oh I think I would have to respectfully disagree. I think it’s the best part of the truck!!!
    Lol

It actually looks good in person. Sounds pretty good too.
