So looked through thr forum, used the search feature. Was trying to see if anyone has done the JB Hunt lease program or in the program already. Trying to find more info besides what the recruiter has told me. Trying to find recent actual experience on it. Haven't really found any current experience on the program.

I did it with them 3 years ago. They offer a lease thru a 3rd party. Jb was great and really had my back, but a lease is a lease is a lease. Trucks breaking down killed me, but it was pretty much the luck of the draw. Jb does NOT do truck maintenance for lease drivers.

Please consider carefully before choosing to lease. I think you should either buy your own truck and lease on or be a company driver. But that's just mho.

They do have their own but they also allow to go through other lease companies aswell. I know a few that you can lease with a maintenance escrow. Just kinda wanted to know how their load board works in a way compared to some of the others I looked at

If they offer their own lease trucks that is new. I'm probably old information.
as for load board,, i pretty much let my driver manager do the work. They have a lot of nice perks, like for $60 a month they offered all tolls...all all all... paid. Load pay is average, fuel discount is fair and they don't cheat you on surcharge. My truck was not speed limited. I loved my gofast truck. But the transmission went out and I got caught in the dreaded warrantee wars.. that was on the leasing company.. jb is a straight up outfit.

I think their site is $100 a week for tolls now. Yeah I'm looking at Tel and SFI leasing heard a mix of reviews on both.

My second truck was through TEL, they put me through warrantee hell on that transmission. I wanted to pay it out of escrow, keep running and sort it out with kenworth later but they wouldn't let me. I was left starving while they fought with kw. What you see is what you get. Dont expect any support.

Yes, correction, it was $60 a week. Numbers are so much bigger when you're leasing. Sure looks like a lot of income until the bills roll around.

When I called about there program, I was told it was through SFI and OTR Leasing, which I would stay away from OTR leasing they are crooks and sell broken down trucks. I leased one and spent 30k on engine and after treatment issues the first day I took delivery of truck.. couldn't find any info about JB Hunt offering there own trucks for lease.
