Its not a bathroom, its the cab of their truck. Surely they are not trying to hide it either. Those cameras are large, and glued to the windshield. Not the size of a pencil lead tip broken off, and then hidden somewhere. Anyone who is blind enough to miss the camera, has no reason to be driving a truck anyway. Many jobs have cameras on their staff outside of drivers also. A good friend of mine works for an electrical company, she is on camera all day at her desk, every bank teller, sawmill worker, and many more are. My little sister's best friend is all day at her job, she works for the government, and that young ladies boyfriend is on camera all day where he works at a restaurant. Doesn't matter if he is in the kitchen, out front, or ringing up a customer at the till, he is on camera, the restaurant has 8 of them. For some reason a few truck drivers feel they are special, and should be exempt.
A guy who I know very well drives chip truck in the same area as I live. When he was in an accident, they were going to try and say he must have been distracted and thats why he hit the Toyota Rav4. The inside camera showed he was paying attention, and the outside camera showed the Rav4 cut him off. Armed with proof he wasn't speeding, wasn't driving distracted, and did nothing wrong, the suv driver was found 100% at fault, although technically my friend rear ended the fool. A brief investigation showed that it was impossible for anyone to not have hit the moron. He wasn't on his phone, looking off into space, eating, drinking, jerking off, or anything else at the time. Had he not had that driver cam, almost certainly he would have been blamed. As soon as I get my own truck, a camera is going into it, to cover my butt. But I'm not paranoid, or goofing around when i drive, so it can only help me. If i was an unprofessional clown, as some drivers are, then hell no I wouldn't want it.

Every other driver at work has flat out told my dad to ease up on me, as he is 5 times harder on me, than the drivers who are not related to him. But hey, nice try. Now go back to your corner and suck your thumb some more.

As to your other question, the other drivers have asked multiple times if I do buy my dad out, if they can please drive for me. I have more or less ran the company anyway for the past 6 years, including doing the books during the evening and on Sundays. I also do payroll, am director of maintenance, and hire the O/O trucks as needed, when we need more trucks, than we own.

    Whatever princess.

Your very first post was nasty and childish despite me never being so towards you. And you tell me to suck my thumb. Well I can think of something else I could tell you to suck but I’ll be the mature adult you never had to be since Daddy takes care of you well into your 40s or however old you are. Just know when dad retires you’ll run it into the ground and won’t be protected like you are now. I’m done responding to you. You’ve contributed nothing to this thread.

If not for daddy you’d be on skid row.

The year is 2021, subtract 1990 from 2021=31.
Math is obviously not your forte, just like common sense, or understanding privacy rights law.

If they were illegal, they would not even be sold, much less shops installing them, due to law suits.
Thank God you didn't try to become a lawyer, but you should call one, and ask if your boss can install them in his/her trucks.
Make sure that you are sitting down when calling, wouldn't want you to bang your head when passing out from the lawyers answer.

ps. I get job offers frequently from other trucking companies .
