Paid $3.35 here yesterday.
Which apu do you have.
Thats awesome that you got the title to your truck now.....good for you. Just sucks you don't actually have the truck to go with it. Side note, when your fuel tank comes in, tell them you want the old one. Resell it and get some money back.

It's the place to be. All the cool kids are here. I really like to consider myself a trend setter in the field.

Edit: all jokes aside, it's a very nice truckstop. Very clean in general, good showers and plenty of good parking.singlescrewshaker, beastr123, Eldiablo and 6 others Thank this. -
Thats a good idea. How much do fuel tanks go for do you think? I have the thermoking tripac evolution... its a pile of junk. Had nothing but problems with it.. But i want to get a new alternator for it and rewire the positive and negativ terminals because they are a little corroded. New ground straps, air filter, oil filter, just basic pm stuff. And see if i can get some good use out of it. Ive probably put 2-3k worth of parts in it in the 2 years ive had it... its real nice when it works. But just a money pit when it doesnt.singlescrewshaker, Flint1, DeereRunner97 and 10 others Thank this.

If you park nosed in facing cabbage hill at night. Sometimes you can get a good view of a steering wheel holder with his brakes on fire running down that hill. I seen that once when i was parked there. Just a orange ball of fire hauling ### winding around the corners , made it to the bottom of the straightaway by the exit ramp for the truck stop and burned that trailer to the ground

No idea about tanks. However, if you can't get them....nor can anybody else. So, I'm gonna guess that makes the price higher.....like everything else now.......lol. I have very little experience with apu. When my tri drive was down, the truck I borrowed from a buddy had an apu. It kinda sucked. Made alot of noise and didn't really do much, but that was years ago. I imagine they've gotten better since them.....apparently not. Especially considering the price.singlescrewshaker, Flint1, Eldiablo and 6 others Thank this.

Dang, I'm mad I didn't think of that. Crap.....that is a great idea. Of course I'm facing the other way.singlescrewshaker, Gatordude, PoleCrusher and 5 others Thank this.

It is nice during the winter. Mine is hooked up where the coolant lines cycle off the water pump on the main engine. So with the apu running in the winter it will keep the engine block warm , which is very nice. But my god ive never been able to sleep with it running. Just sounds like a lawnmower outside the window all night.singlescrewshaker, Flint1, Eldiablo and 5 others Thank this.

I have a espar for heat. Which is pretty much all I care about. In the summer I leave the truck run. Nice thing about being up north, I don't have to run it long because it gets cool at night. So I just turn on the fan then and put my screens in. I can't sleep with those dang things running either. They have a low grumble that just kinda shakes my truck when I'm parked next to them. Honestly, they make me sick...like physically ill. Like sleeping best to a reefer. Hate it.singlescrewshaker, Flint1, Gatordude and 5 others Thank this.
