Log trucks are hauling sticks out of the woods 24/7, which means the mills are buying 24/7, and since it's not construction season and as far as I know units of lumber under the tree isn't what kids want this year- something is afoot. Going to be a bunch of lumber loads going somewhere soon.

All depends on how you do your taxes. Your accountant can best advise, but you can title the truck to yourself, and have your LLC lease it from you. Work the numbers right and you can save some $ on taxes.

 

Correct, however llc or personal name as a individual you will not shelter liability.
