I'm sure they made him secure itmjd4277 Thanks this.

so it can’t slide back but can side to side? Just curious the requirements.
-
No idea brother

It's kinda hard to secure side to side motion in a dry dryvan other than going around it both sides or over the top
-
Airbags could be used to secure it from side to side motion.Grumppy Thanks this.

I’ve watched coil companies load vans with skidded coils
A few blocks around the base and their gone
WTH?
And I’m chaining and strapping coils?
A lot of shady stuff goes on behind closed doors
I’ve also watched a Prime driver use straps on a coils I wouldn’t hold my Harley down with
It’s pretty amazing but I really believe that we can overcome this sort of stupidity with more elog stuff!!Last edited: Nov 23, 2021

Technically there should be ‘dunnage’ used. The that is, packing the sides full of either air bags, empty pallets, etc., then a load bar, or straps across the back.
My question would be, how are they legally certain the destination was Utah? Since there was no shipping papers, bol, or documentation of any kind. Yes, there may have been a sticker on each pallet with an address on it, but that is not a legally binding document to the best of my knowledge.
I know it’s a ‘picking ###### with the chickens’ type question, but that’s the mood I’m in this morning.
