Scr system altered code on 2016 T680

So I have a t680 2016 cummins isx truck was off for 3 days when I turned it on I got the SCR system altered or fault detected as well as the engine derate code I did a rest and engien derate code never came back on took it to dealer and guy said all the scr codes popped up at the same time and all were referring to low voltage problem said I maybe change the batteries that maybe they got a lil to low and caused this I am just wondering if this is possible can bad batteries cause this sort of issue. On his computer it was not registering any fault sensors just tha all the codes were referring to low voltage issue. batteries are about a 1yr and half. Let me add def gage was normal no red light blinking and I always keep tank over half never hits empty or gose below the half.
