1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Bottom line......Im looking for a company that I can be with for a long time. But every one I look at have been bad mouthed on these forums. So I guess theres no good places you can trust and make a carrer out of.Ive driven for 11 yrs, mostly dedicated for U.S. Xpress and Southern Cal but cant seem to make any money getting paid 14.00hr....Ive run out of options and need a company that treats drivers fairly and had good benifits plus pay I can be proud of....................help plz....

Not too many decent trucking companies left that aren't screwing the driver to make ends meet...

Come on now, this isn't the CB. Use your brain a little and think about what you want to say BEFORE you post.

It's tough out there right now during slow season. I'm not convinced things will be much better than where you are at right now, unless you are having some serious financial difficulties that should be dealt with first before changing carriers. Right now, based on what I see out there right now, everyone is buckling down and content to ride out the winter and then see what shakes out.

What segment of the business are you considering, and what kind of freight would you consider running and where? A few more specifics would help....
