Time for me to go to bed. Ill reply in detail tomorrow. Here is my 8 day clock from a couple of days ago. Just to give you an idea of my typical week:

 

CPM is not top of the list.
1. Do they run good lanes
2. Do they keep you moving? No sitting between loads
3. What percentage is drop and hook?
4. DO THEY LEAVE YOU ALONE? Or micromanage?
5. Are bonuses weekly, monthly and actually easily obtainable?
6. Are they flexible if you want an extra day off in ratio to the time you spent out? Or maybe a couple times a year you want to take 5 to 7 days off?

these things add up to way more then just basic CPM, as long as they are within reason. To me if you go to a company and you’re a worker and you want to run, the formula to make good money and be left alone should be there. Who cares if another company pays $.10-$.15 more per mile if it’s just a big circus every day.

 

I see you have been doing good use of your hrs so no need for a 34...
I have done that but I really prefer to use all of them and they take a 34...
Well... whatever works...

We have a job opening for team drivers. Either an existing team or we can match 2 drivers.
We have dedicated freight loading usually in Murfreesboro, Tennessee going to California, reloading in California going to Florida then then back to Tennessee.
Great Pay - Based on Experience.
Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit.
One day + off per week + after 6 weeks, Team is given a week off for more home time.
