Oh ####. I didn't even think of that. I might have to remove them to do that. Thanks

Radiator arrived today. New hoses and clamps on order too. Haven’t had a chance to open it yet. Going to do the whole thing over Christmas break.
I’ll update after I get it open.

Does the paint affect heat transfer from the core to the air?

I put an Avtekk CAC in my FL back in the fall/winter 2019. It looked like a Duralite except it was several hundred $$$ cheaper. So far so good no complaints.

I put an Active brand 4 row radiator in my T600 and that was a good radiator for about 5 or 6 years before I got rid of that truck. Only complaint there was the first one they sent leaked and had to be swapped for a replacement but the replacement was good.

"Made in America" - good luck finding that...

Likely. But they rot to #### otherwise/ Rotten off fins dont cool at all, and if you’re in the salt belt bet them fins will be toast n possibly The core will be puking which I feel is a more significant tho not as immediate a heat issue as the paint will be.

I paint my a/c condensors. They come without paint. Used some “radiator” paint from O Reilly’s. It’s just thinned paint. Last one, I just used regular Seymour Big Rig paint from Truckpro. Just did a couple light coats. Just don’t want to plug up the fins. I should have hit my radiator and cac before installing. They were painted already. A couple more light coats wouldn’t have hurt.
