Often thought about getting into logging. But where my family lives in arizona there is no logging industry but huge sand and gravel industry. Where i used to live in arizona up in the eastern mountains there is a logging industry but very small. The thing that turns me away from staying in arizona is the weather. It is unbearable to work in the heat all summer

You have a leg up on a lot of people at a young age as you've figured out that you need to be true to yourself.

Okay, it was just an idea. I thought you lived farther north. One thing I've noticed about those logging and construction jobs is that once a guy gets off the truck and starts running machinery he usually doesn't go back.

    Here that would be illegal.
I forget the exact length, so please don't quote me on this, but around 260" or 270" is the maximum for a tandem, tri drives can be about 20" or so longer.

    Exotic dancer.
    Hit man.
    Politician.
    Movie producer.
    Pimp.

All of them should make good money, for little work.

You don't have to be that local.
    How about in between.

Gone for up to 5 or 6 days, then back for a couple.

    Fuel is a good gig.

Problem is i have tasted the money and freedom of being an owner op and would take alot out of me to have to be a company driver again . with the company i currently am leased on with i could definatly do runs like that. But i often find it difficult to get freight out of arizona for a good price.
