Brokers I hauled for who use Triumphpay take 40 or more days to cut the check.

I have two loads that were supposed to be paid last month. But it's close to 40 days For one load, they are cutting the check on Monday, the other load isn't even processed for payment yet.
So, if you have brokers using Triumphpay to pay you expect to wait 40 days or more.

I will rethink of taking on brokers who use this service. Money leaves (expensive business) and needs to flow. I won't be waiting 45 days on average to get paid on these loads.
Or I will charge more for using their Quick Pay service if available.

I had some 90 day accounts back when I pulled OSL. Had one that was 120 days. You don't have a 45 day buffer on your business?

    Beaver9 Thanks this.

Doesn’t sound right. I’ve been paid less then 20 days triumph pay. Trinity logistics. Multiple loads.

This has nothing to do with Triumph Pay. Get with your broker.

I thought it's Triumphpay. One broker told me they have a backlog, so I assumed that's what it is. Only brokers who use Triumphpay are lagging behind with their payments. Coincidence?
One of those brokers will pay me for sure. I worked with them before.

But I'm not so sure about the other one now. I called and a person acted weird saying info was missing where to send the payment, and that's where the hold up is with TRIUMPHPAY. WHAT? The address is on every invoice I issue. Also, I include ACH deposit info for some who prefer to pay it that way.

I had to use some new brokers since I'm not finding much to backhaul coming back empty. So, it might be also my luck when closing this year. Hopefully, I will get paid soon. If not, I will come back next week asking how to issue a bond. I have never done it before.

Maybe, brokers who are disorganized often use Triumph Pay.
Or some might be waiting for carriers not to notice and never pay.

TriumphPay doesn't release the pay, the broker does. I deal with several brokers that use TP. The few issues I've had were due to the broker's AP issues not TP. Unless you invoiced TP, they aren't the ones responsible for paying you. All they are is a middle man between you and the broker that's selling a service to the brokers.

If you have a problem you can call triumph pay directly.

They will tell you whether the money has been released or whatever the problem is.

They were absolutely worthless when I had a late invoice from a new broker. Literally clueless and powerless. It's best to call the broker's AP for anything billing related. Let them deal with TP. TP isn't your customer, the broker is and that's who was invoiced and therefore 100 percent responsible for payments due.
