I pulled the "down pipe?" after the HCI doser and apparently there is a predoc? It was pretty bad so I got it all cleaned up. I took my doc and DPF to a place to get it cleaned. I should have that back tomorrow and then I can put it back together to see what it does. I pulled both turbos and cleaned (bearings felt good and housing fairly clean) I pulled the IMP and the EBP sensor and cleaned. Cleared line from EBP to the manifold. Here's hoping this will fix my issues as I am running out of things to try.
Does anyone know what the DPF spec should be for a "good" flow rate?

Flow rate came back. Before was 3.5 and after is 2.7. Tech said dont clean again, buy a new one. Im putting everything back together tomorrow. I replaced IMP and EBP sensors for the hell of it.

Next update: Things are back together and its running "better" . I noticed at KOEO that my tc1top reads 14.xx psi. It also reads this when on. I checked the connector and it looks good on both sides. Is it supposed to read 14+psi when KOEO? Anything I can test? Or do I need a new ACV?
Thanks Gents! -
It reading absolute pressure. Normal
fnpanda Thanks this. -
More updates:
I took it on a long trip with a new DPF installed. It runs a little better but still struggles. If I manually shift trans, I can limit the stuttering but it still stutters. If my boost is over ~30psi, the backpressure light will come on and start stuttering. My assumption is my DOC is clogged as everything else has been checked or replaced.
Extra info: I am trying to find a new DOC but nobody seems to be able to find a replacement based on the part number. I have spent hours with International dealer, Holiday Rambler/REV Group, A few truck centers, and now trying to get Tenneco to respond. Tenneco makes the actual part resold by International. All of these guys come up empty, even with a part number. They state its a valid part number but goes nowhere.
I did some googling of images and though I found it and it looks the same but the sensors and exhaust mounts are "clocked" 180deg offset. Im tempted to take it to a tig welder and have them cut and weld my old neck to the new body in the right orientation.
Before I do that, one of the truck stops I talked to said take for an ultrasonic cleaning. I found one withing an hour from me me , so we'll see.... -
Road Warrior is usually pretty good with aftermarket DOC’s and such. I thought earlier you said you ran it with the DOC disconnected and it was the same?
Also just curious as to how your checking wastegate operation -
As for the wastegate:
Air management test passed
I pulled supply line and put 8psi then 21.5psi and it moved about an inch @21.5 psi.
Is there something else I can do?
I dropped the DOC off yesterday with a company to see if they can clean it. -
Newest update. PreDOC and DOC are clean and it ran a lot better but MAF cal still fails for excessive back pressure. Lugs in 5th/6th some but I can get it up to 75mph now.
So I disconnected before predoc and same code/fail. Could I have plugged the new EGR cooler? Does the MAF cal even command EGR or am I looking in the wrong place? Really dont want to dump new coolant unless it makes sense.
Sorry for so many questions, just struggling -
If you do an AMT test, the boost will build to between 4-6 psi, the EGR valve should open and your boost should spike quickly about 1.5psi then drop to almost zero, if it does that your EGR cooler is not plugged and your valve is working properly.
And the MAFcal does not command the EGR. -
Thanks, thats what the graph looks like.
