For PC 3406A's, the closest you could get to today would be a swirl chamber 3406A with something like 25:1 compression (coming from a PC engine), common rail fuel system, and no emissions devices. Coming from DI engines you could go with a 3406E.

I absolutely love the 6BT Cummins (12 valve) in my daily driver, so if I could have one just like it but scaled up to 15 liters, I would be quite happy.
