I bought a new turbo when the acuator on my turbo went out. 500 miles later the turbo went down blowing oil in the exhaust.I returned the turbo and they won't warranty it and said fuel in the oil caused the bearings to fail. Checked the oil no fuel in the oil anyone ever heard of this happening?

Its called dealers BS, they blame you for rebuilders ####ty job. If you paid with credit card I'd dispute, also have them issue written statement based their inspection findings. If you have oil samples to prove that there was no fuel in the oil that will be helpful too. In other words get on their ### buddy. Check their warranty/return policy for details, figure out what you can and cannot then go after them.
