Probably at least. Thankfully what goes up, must come down.

Right now is an easy haul, the steepest hill is about 21-22%, but that is the final climb to the landing, load up, and come on back down.
Its actually a good road to haul right now, I was enjoying it a lot. Pretty flat also, with the exception of the last kilometer, hills were only about 15%, and with just 4 trucks hauling it was not busy. It really was an amazing haul, as soon as I can get back to driving, hopefully my sister lets me have it back.
Although my mornings started off by having to go through the edge of the city to get there, it was early enough that traffic was minimal, and I didn't have to go right downtown. I would actually take the road to the university, drop down the hill, and turn onto foothills blvd, run that to Chief lake road, follow it 34 kms, then turn up Desperation, the first actually logging road, go to km 61, take a left onto Almost Good aka the 704 rd, head up 47 kms, and then a right onto Why Me aka the 712 rd and keep on it for 26 kms right to the landing. Get loaded, and head in towards town but down the Hart hwy to 5th ave to Carney street, cross the overpass, around the traffic circle, onto River road, and finally to Lakeland Mill. For anyone who has been to Prince George, you know that isn't a half bad route. Pull two trips, then when empty the second time, take River road to 1st ave, onto Queensway street, follow it all the way around to Hwy 16 west, get on the hwy and follow it to the Petro Canada gas station, turn off the hwy and just 5 minutes from home. If they were all that easy life would be a dream.

I would say a lot, as our county courthouses have not caught in converting / transposing the county clerks records. (Land, deeds, liens, UCC1, marriage, divorces, etc) to online. May be just a MS thing, not a lot of records but such a short time of accumulation. Law firms paradise.

Old way-Send the "Girl" (lady clerk) over to the courthouse to gather an abstract on the "Smith Land" ,back to ? yr. 3.5 hours, bill out at $350.00.
New way- Run a search on the "Smith Land", sort by date, print out, examine, make a few eliminations, reprint. 30 minutes, bill out at $350.00.
