Where is everyone #5

Getting thin in places and have some rust jacking. Gonna take it in to paint it whenever I can get it in and buy some time. Mines stretched. So I would like to get rid of the stretch job (which isn't bad at all...just don't like it) and get 1 PC rails to go from the 280 it is now to 300.

Edit: might also look into a flat top if I keep it. I asked if I could just rhino line the whole dang truck and the guy said no. There isn't enough clearance when it's built up. That sucks. I would have rhino lined this thing inside and out all around.

 

Yeah, which makes a new...or atleast a new to me truck more attractive. I could always find a donor and transfer my running gear to it. I dunno what I want to do. Every time I think I do.....I talk myself out of it.

 

I'd like to ditch the weed burner on my truck and go to stacks.

Will have to do it similar to how @Tug Toy did his on his Binder, which would include having the headache rack notched for the pipes.

 

Usually its the driver's side that's the fake. Although I'm seeing more with weed burner and 2 fake stacks

 

KW quoted me $9k each for blank, undrilled rails. This was in about 2016ish though.

 

Chained up going westbound over Snoqualmie this morning and feeling like I'll take a 10 before heading back eastbound. Maybe I'll get lucky and the de-icer will clear the crud out by this evening.

 

Yours has the skirts on it doesn't it?

 

I've seen them ran this way if you wanted it by the doors. Luckily that cab is common so kits are out there.

 

Place in town here re railed a truck 2 years ago for $13k all in.
They did say, they would NOT do another one at that price.
