    yes it is ! only two issues, when tethered its not wifi, theres only one way to boost the signal to it, no external ant. port but its a nice piece of equipment:biggrin_255:

    I know several people that have it that haven't reported any signal problems .

    When tethered it isn't going to be wifi. The wifi part only takes the signal from the device and sends it to the computer. Otherwise, it is the same as one of the cellular Aircards.

    the only thing I hate about verizon, is they cap the data useage at 5 gigs, on my iphone alone i used 23 gigs of data last month (downloading movies, etc)

    If you jailbreak an iphone, you can basically create a mifi hotspot from your phone, it's really awesome.

    I love my Verizon Mifi. There are some photos of a CMDA iphone, hopefully that means there will be a Verizon version sometime. I have 5 AT@T phones,one of them is my wifes iphone, and I would drop them and head for Verizon in a second. An iphone on AT@T's network is just a waste.

    no it just means go with the carrier that services your area the best:biggrin_25523: we have 4 iphones 3 other not worth mentioning brands and am happy...and one verizon mifi card..:biggrin_25524:

    I got a Sprint WiFi card and i aint had no problems with it.
