Some of the best bacon I've ever had came from this little market out in the sticks. Whatever brine they used was incredible.

 

You need to ditch the 3 deck for a 4 deck and get into the sheep game.
Worst days I've ever had was ground loading 4 decks of sheep. Just hating life.

 

Just make your own. Get a pork belly and do it yourself. It's fun to experiment with flavor combos.
