Mike, just between you and me, I don't see the big deal about CSA 2010. Yeah, I'm a wannabe but I've read hundreds of pages about CSA 2010 and all I'm getting from it is that, through CSA 2010, the FMCSA is now dealing more with "what could happen", because of behaviors, rather than "oh hell, look what happened". What am I missing here? Also, what have been some of the more "layman-friendly" articles you have read in your CSA education?

The post references EOBR (Electronic On Board Recorders). EOBR are a seperate issue from CSA2010. EOBRs may actually help drivers avoid roadisde inspection violations.
