    Lost track of how many bonehead moves I've seen those idiots pull. Everything from passing on blind corners in whiteouts to tailgating down icy mountain passes.

    Just like in the U.S.A., "Drivers" discovered doing such DANGEROUS, pointless & STUPID Maneuvers (including Alcohol/Drugs Usage) deserve their Driving Ability (ALL Driving Class Licenses) ELIMINATED FOR MINIMUM ONE YEAR OR MORE!!
    Go Back To Roller Skates/Blades, Skateboards, Bicycles and Public Transport.

    "Jump Thru a bunch of Hoops" when Restrictions are Completed!

    Betcha There would BE A LOT OF DRIVERS SIDELINED or Quickly Changing The Ways They Drive!!
