DEF, Pump vs Box

    Cascadia DD15 2016. Been experimenting with this and my Truck asks for regen when using def from the pumps , but never when using Box def. does it happen to anyone? If so does that mean that def from the boxes is just better ?

    Def has nothing to do with regens. 2 separate systems.
    Def reduces nox, Dpf/ regens take care of particulates
