I can tell that it’s Waffle House, but what is on that plate?

 

Texas cheesesteak melt plate, hashbrowns all-the-way. Good stuff

 

I think I am stuck in a rut with WH.
Only order the same thing.
Country ham breakfast, 3 eggs over medium, fresh grits, sliced tomato and double order of white toast. Toast is only because they don’t have biscuits.

I do miss Biscuitville. Steak or pork chop.

 

I order the same thing aswell. I'm a creature of habit.

 

A bit of advice if I may. Take all the extra in the back and tuck it in behind the tarp covering the rear. Obviously if they would've put the flap in the correct orientation you wouldn't have to worry about it, but it would look better and be easier to deal with rather than trying to stitch it all together with 20 tarp straps.

 

Most sheetrock outfits do a bang-up job tarping, or at least laying them on the load. I learned that rather than fussin' and cussin' about it when they weren't quite right, it was easier and paid the same to make it look as good as it could and move on. Pulling 8' tarps off, rolling them back up and laying them back on the load just so it could be perfect in my eyes was not worth it in the end.

 

Haven't really been paying attention by load, but I'm 7.26 mpg for all miles, not counting my bobtail home from Bemidji..

Decent, but not Series 60 decent..
