Where is everyone #5

Took my first spill off the trailer today, bruised one knee and possibly fractured an ankle. Man i feel like a #######.

 

Thought I was gonna have to call the Marshalls to get a search warrant to find budd wheel protector in the shop. Been awhile since it was used.



Yet I knew exactly were the socket was.

 

A little bit. Getting better since I started hitting shoulders regularly.

I tend to sit around 186-190 lbs.

 

Specialty socket used one time, 13 years ago. I know exactly where it's at. The 10mm I had in my hand while typing this? I'll look for hours.

 

That’s good size. Are you still wanting to add size or do you plan to shred?

 

Thats no joke. Someone has a socket set of nothing but different 10mm. I should track that down.

I need to build the shoulders a bit more first. I'm going to start shredding down towards the end of February.

I'm right around 155-160 and about 5'6-5'7 225 isn't bad for my size. I'm going for 245 for my next 1 rep max
