So, the weather forecast in my town for Christmas Day is between 37c and 40c (98f to 104f), not much snow here lol
But we do get snow about 2 to 3 hours drive from me in Winter (June to August) -

As I believe it should be in my opinion, I still think the reasons they do it is to slow down the 4 wheelers (at the trucks expense) and there are a lot of truck drivers that don't speak English and have never seen chains ( why would you need them in desert) it normally parks those trucks.Dave_in_AZ, InTooDeep, dwells40 and 7 others Thank this.
