    I don't think you need to worry about OTC meds. The main concern is if they impair your ability to drive you should avoid them. I would venture to say labs are able to screen out OTC meds. Nothing you buy OTC is going to pop for weed, opiates, PCP, or cocaine. If I have to take a guess since ephedrine is used to make meth something like Sudafed might be a concern for testing positive. But I'm also thinking the process to make meth changes the chemical structure of ephedrine so on second thought its probably fine. Or I'd think a whole lot of people would be accused of being on meth since many people take ephedrine products for sinus colds and alergies.

    On a side note if you ever go up to Canada for a run you can get OTC cough syrups with codeine in them. Do not use them you will fail for opiate use. Laws are different up there. It might seem harmless or what not but its still illegal here. So if you are ever buying up north check the labels.
