you are the only one booking loads, there is ZERO office personnel. Unless you’re getting fired you won’t know there’s an office. That’s why their employees- you the owner op are classified, titled as virtual carriers , because you are everything a carrier is. Only you book, you you dispatch, only you pay yourself, only you find loads, only you get a rate con. Only you everything.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

I believe it’s cloud negotiating on our behalf.
Before on a standard book load it would say:
2500-3200 for an example. If you wanted it you were committed to it if the rate came back between the brackets.
Instructions say to contact ops if you wanted a specific range.
now you can set your brackets right on the app. Email wasn’t clear if your still stuck with it, if it falls on or above the lower bracket.
The brackets are clouds estimate on what the load should pay.
Since they get a percentage I would hope they don’t low ball.
And yes heaveninamoment they do have an ops team and office personnel.
We not 100% independent we are operating under their authority they are the carrier.
