Looks like a factory shot with the papers stuck in the windshield of most of the trucks and the 387 types in the background. They may have been ordered without the anemic factory dress up kits or they may have been a dealer install item and sitting in the cab
My bet is from early in the first round of "pride and Polish" models (2014 to 2017). Looks like they have re-released that model:
