If you believe that the equipment is not up to standards, you have a few choices.

1 Go to a place like T/A that has a shop, tell them the truck needs a thorough inspection.
You will need to pay for this out of your pocket, but it could be a good decision.

    2 Start a job search.

Surprised you can even get a qinter front now, and for only $90.00. Time passes and obsolescence marches on.

Do not really know if 30W comes in 24 quart cans/bottles now. Esso #5 did for a long time, so we had a steady supply for the old IH L and
R 190's. Could raise drivers side of the hood, stick a 1/4" wooden chip/chunk under it to shim it at the firewall, clamp it down, let the radiator/fan blast out thru the leak on to your side of the windshield. An excellent defroster for solo drivers, team man rode in shock and awe.

That math, be good. Maybe he can figure a better bridge than the "new" one in Memphis or calculate the remaining useful life of the old one;using present day load limits, increased traffic, and the double duty while the other one was repaired.
    The beard, that's a plus...

Are you bound by some sort of contract?
If not quit, go find a job at a good business.
When you kill someone in a faulty truck, its your ### that is in trouble.
Go read all the recent threads about a driver that was recently sentenced to 110 years in prison.
    Blessings

That is some good redneck engineering.

Would have to be boxes from something other than 30W.
    But no shortage of boxes.

Still puzzling over that qinter front. Is that something like the snap on cover for the grill to use in winter?
