It's a World Class resort. Many World Cup races are held there. The Eagles Nest (Hitlers retreat) is a couple of hrs by car.

My mom and dad came to the track to watch, the last time I ran it. I had already made a bunch of passes when they showed up.

There was a spectacular Top Gas wreck which then had my mom on edge about watching me run. I was in the staging lane, next up, when a transformer on a power pole blew and shut the track down for the night. You know when they say, "Here's your sign"? Well that was mine. I never ran it at the track again.

I trucked from the couch to the kitchen and back with a load of perishable food today. Such a easy load, didn't even have to tarp it

That's where I learned to ski.
It was an aviation "conference" when I was in the Army.
Only did it one day and loved every minute of it.
    Next day, I couldn't move.

Probably nothing today. Back in 1984 purchased a set of bikes, Yamaha FJ 600 and 1100.
Raced the 600, rode the 1100. Claimed top speed on the 1100 was just shy of 140. Yeah BS.
Several times I found that I was running down the road at 135 with room to go. That bike actually was a bit scary.

Mine was a DOHC 750. More power than a reasonable man needs
