What if it Snows?

This entire story makes me sick to my stomach. But the real reason I posted this link starts at the 8:50 mark in the story. This makes me so dang mad I want to throw things! THAT mentality is the primary reason the feds have cracked down so hard!

 

Yes, That was why I put that link in this thread. I posted this for more than one reason. First, this guy is an Actual Attorney, not some guy with a Law Degree from The University of Petro! As an attorney, he is giving some good advice about how the laws can affect today's drivers. And finally, that one story I mentioned. One point he made is something I have heard other attorneys make. Appeals based on cruel and unusual punishments most often have to be made in the Federal Courts and this can take YEARS!

I am a subscriber to this man's channel. I don't agree with every opinion he has, but at least he tries to articulate why he holds that opinion.

. Well nothing really. I’m just kinda slow in the morning so it’s sort of a brain teaser I must of spent 3 minutes trying to remember if I ever said no.

 

Sometime when I mumble about nothing in particular in the morning my Wonderful Bride hears it as me saying yes or sure thing sweety pie then later that day get grilled for not doing something that I told her I was going to take care of.

 

I will trade my yogurt parfait for a blueberry pancake! And some real coffee, not this weak decaf BS!
