Strawberry Spinach Salad for dinner, yay me!

I was in a facetime session with Keri actually having fun when Nurse Ratched said I needed to take my insulin shot. I sure wish it was Keri here and facetime with Nurse Ratched, I could turn her off!

 

Strawberry Spinach with dried cherries and candied pecans and waiiiiit for it………….bacon crumbles now it’s a good salad.

 

I am really sorry to hear this. I know how I felt when I was told I would be on insulin for life some few years ago. If the medical people have not already said this, today's insulin syringes are nowhere near as painful as they were a few years ago. The only issue is insulin is expensive. Back to the injections. I use pens. I also inject in my lower elbow area because I also inject another insulin in my lower belly. The daughter will get used to the shots. I say shots because generally speaking this is what type 1 means.

Maybe the problem is you turned nurse Ratched on, then dissed her?
