    I can tell you for absolute certainty that everyone at my terminal is very displeased. I really hope TFI figures out how poor the morale is, it will destroy us.

    UPS is pretty good to work for, I must say. I was one foot out of the industry, and they reinstilled my faith that this career could be anything other than awful.

    UPS probably is good to work for, UPS Freight was not the same at all. We were never included in ups family

    Sounds like then you or they need to find another employer and drag them over. Though when I read "no authority" usually means "I am too scared to go higher up the chain to get the message across"

    Local 104, the company has 3 business days after notfication to pay or they have to pay 1/4 weeks pay extra. I filed the notification on monday, so they have untill wednesday to pay, if they dont, ill get extra pay. Christmas is in 4 days.

    We have many on going paycheck grievances that greatly contributes to the massive morale problem.
