Yeah, I've been to a few Chilli contests. I never understood the hot for the sake of hot thing. I like flavor. What's the point if something doesn't have flavor?

Shoot, the last McDonald's I was at had a little sign up and some flyers....starting wage was like $18.50 I believe. Crazy. No wonder the no longer have a $1 menu! My friends and I lived off the dollar menu in high-school.
