I have failing CCOS will this cause HP turbo to draw and expel oil into the intercooler etc? Also turbo has really low boost pulling inclines although If I cycle the ignition on/off, she comes back to life pulling as she should? Any thoughts help or advice besides the obvious take it out back and shoot it.... Would be greatly appreciated. TY

Failing CCOS will cause oil to pour out the breather tube. You can try to pinch off the waste gate tube to the turbo when the key is off. This will prevent the waste gate from opening and causing loss of boost if you have a problem with the air control valve. Don't leave it like this because you will blow your turbo from over boost in short time.

#1 tube from turbo to intercooler. #2 Intercooler intake port. Ok I am very much the novice I was hoping that the failing CCOS on top of oil out the breather was possibly causing the heavy oil saturation in the HP Turbo exhaust tube and intercooler. So I'll be replacing oil separator and turbos. I don't own this Truck and am not responsible for the shop bill and yet this #### truck still keeps me up some nights.... Thanks again Heavy D your the best. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Cheers!
