I just graduated from school in December. Swift has scheduled me for orientation on Jan 19th. Can you request a mentor or do you take who is assigned to you? If we can request a mentor does anyone have any suggestons?

    Thanks

Don't get ahead of yourself. In this biz, it's one thing at a time. First get into orientation, then, complete orientation, then worry about mentors.

On a side note and a little off topic. Why did swift switch to mentor? They are the only ones I hear of not using trainer?

Mentor sounds more professional dont you know. To bad the trainers dont get the more professional money to go with it.

A mentor or trainer are both important in the occupation. You need someone who you can ask questions or get advice because this a much different career then almost anything else you would get.
