How heavy do u think you are? They messed up something. The 43xxx in the right column is going to be ur rear axle weight after u pull forward to get the spread axle weigh. The trailer axle will be ur front axle. Looks like you did everything correctly but all the weights are wrong. Maybe a damaged scale or out of calibration.
Does this scale ticket look right? Scale not functioning properly?

How To Weigh | CAT Scale
Where did you have the trailer axles when you tried to do the split?BennysPennys and ZVar Thank this. -
Yea. Just pull on and get the total weight in one go. It will tell you if you are over your 40k on the spread or not, but it won't tell you if you are over 20k on a single. As for the procedure to weigh a spread, I'm hoping someone that does it can help.BennysPennys and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

I usually just get normal weigh . but you did it correctly, just the scale printed the wrong weights is what it looks like. I would try to find a different scale to weigh out at.BennysPennys and TravR1 Thank this.

And, of course, demand a refund as they obviously can't do it correctly.Bean Jr., BennysPennys, TravR1 and 1 other person Thank this.

I find it hard to believe that one axle on your spread is 23,xxx and the other is 43,xxx. I am going to guess you didn’t quite get them on separate platforms when you did your split weigh and that 43,xxx number is the total weight of your trailer axles. Hammer down!

What is against regulations that I said. Your allowed 34k per set of tandems and 12 on the front..... and he didn't specify what type of trailer he was pulling....Numb Thanks this.
-
Because you are allowed more on the front. 12k is a rule of thumb sure, but it's not the legal limit.
And to educate yourself there are three criteria for axle weight, including the front.
1. Axle weight. Commin is 12k to 13.5k, but by no means is that all available.
2. Tire rating. 6,125 is common, but again by far from the only option.
3. State weight rating. 20k is common, but not the only rating.
It's the lesser of the three.Bean Jr., kylefitzy, Cattleman84 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Not a newbie here.....He didn't specify he was pulling a spread axle.
