Dumb question (sorry)

Throw them over that wooden fence in the background.

 

Stack them like this, keeps them out of the way and you’ll have yourself a legal bulkhead (gets two birds stoned at once).

 

Stack them directly behind and tight to the neck after pulling the nails. Take them home and you or your neighbors will find a use for them (fencing, shed framing ect).
Use them as dunnage if needed until you can collect 4X4 hardwood.
They also are good to tip a lift of lumber to stop or slow slideout.

 

Just park in detroit and they’ll take em off for you

 

If you don’t make a bulkhead and put them in braces somewhere just make sure they’re secured. DOT gets picky sometimes if they’re just loose stacked

 

I’d either pull those nails out or bend them over at the very least.
