What are your 2022 goals?
It’s so important to know what you’re waking up to do each day. It’s even more important to not be comfortable with firing up the truck and waiting to chase down the end of the day, regardless if youre goal oriented or not.
Trucking for me took my family out of poverty income. Stressed me to the core, shook my emotional awareness, and strained my health…but that was the sacrifice I was willing to make to be able to raise three daughters and realize my family into the opportunities we have today.
The only advice I can offer on goals is to set 1 and 5 year goals. They’re realistic, and imo give you the best retention on focus. Every day is the outcome of your decisions yesterday.

My goal is to come up with good goals.
That's the art to come up with good goals.
let's keep them down to earth:
1. I will rebuild the engine of my truck.
2. I will install the spare tire carrier on my trailer - myself.
3. I will make a use at least 10 times of that Milwaukee 1/2 inch impact I bought.
4. I will build a gazebo on my backyard when I don't drive and maybe a deck - myself.
5. maybe I'll establish a relationship with a local farmer - like in an Amish village and buy better food.Last edited: Dec 31, 2021
