GOALS MY PEOPLE

To get to know diesels and sensors better.
And to give less advice.

 

Shortly after I was married, my new brother-in-law asked what my 5 year plan was. The question took me by surprise, I looked at him and said "the plan was, to be, still having sex with his sister in 5 years" It's been 40 years the GOAL was achieved!!!!!!!!!

Other than that my GOAL was always work smart and hard. Be smart with my money and don't go broke. That trucking GOAL was achieved also.

Well I see you've gotten the required responses from our faithful on this particular issue. But I doubt any of those were particularly helpful.
I've decided to move on to a new carrier. After a number of years I've decided to move on from a l/p company that has treated us well Yes we are finally moving on from JCT and taking our truck to another carrier.
Yes, we finally left JCT. No hard feelings at all as they gave us an opportunity to own our own truck. Not that we didn't earn it. We are finally moving onto another carrier that pays 85%. So yes we are really excited about our new opportunity with this new carrier!
No hard feelings at all, JCT is the reason we now own our own truck. We are moving on now as rates are so good.. I will never speak an ill word about our last carrier as they gave us an incredible opportunity and we will be ever indebted to them for the opportunity they afforded us.
It's a new year and we thought we would start it out with a new opportunity.
We've m made in excess of $200, 000 a year with our last carrier chasing miles and swaps, looking to chase revenue per mile as opposed to chasing miles. That income is net to truck before taxes of course. Our federal tax has been around 20k each year.
You ever want to feel like a jack a@!, pay that much in taxes just to watch those on government assistance act like complete jacka@! s. on your behalf.
But is indeed a new year, so let's all of us start it off with a new plan, whether it's a new career goal or a new exercise regime, yes I would like to see more of you doing push-ups at the rest areas in the middle of the day.
Let's all of us plan on a better year as opposed to 2021, 2022 has to a better year!
