No need for a stub out. Assuming you’re putting the dishwasher near the sink. A. T fitting on the existing hot for kitchen faucet with its own shutoff valve it typical. That’s easily added later. The electrical will need to be a dedicated 12/2 wire with a 20 amp fuse. Wired up through the floor, hard wired into a junction box that’s on the bottom of dishwasher. That can be added later if you have a basement. If there’s no basement, and you’re remodeling now, a wire could be roughed in, from the baseboard, to a location near the fuse panel. Just put it in a junction box, with extra length, and label it. You’ll have a dead wire behind a cabinet then. I say just get a dishwasher now, if remodeling. The hot water sanitizes the dishes. Better ones have built in food grinders. No need to pre rinse. Then again given the time they last, verses the amount they’re used. Might not be worth it. I replaced a working Avocado green 30 yr old Hobart with a new Stainless Steel Kitchenaid (They bought out Hobart) in my last house. The door seal leaked. They fixed it for free. Then the electronic control panel went bad. The Amanda stove had a gas leak from the factory. Good thing I checked all the factory connections. That’s what I get for buying American, Lol. Bausch DW are supposedly the most quiet, and durable. Jenn-aire are rated high too. They’re expensive though. Plenty others for better prices. One thing I like is SS inside Plastics ok, but SS always looks like new. I think it’s worth the extra cost. A cheap one would be OK, especially if you don’t use it much, and may sell the house. That’s a big plus.dwells40, BennysPennys, homeskillet and 4 others Thank this.

Also to keep the motor seal from drying out and leaking. My Washing machine leaks occasionally, after being in storage. It hasn’t in quite a while. It too is an Amana. Cheapest one at Home Depot, with all the cycles. $410 delivered. It’s 20 yrs old.dwells40, BennysPennys, homeskillet and 4 others Thank this.

Who’s going to count the money? I worked at the Farmers Market, for 5 years. Every Saturday from 11 yrs old, till I was 16.It was a lot of hard work, but I really enjoyed it. Dealing with all kinds of different people. That was the fun part. Always bartering. It’s a hustle. I still enjoy going down every few years. Great atmosphere. Lots of ways to make money in one long 14 hr day. A friend of mine sells plants, they have a greenhouse. The main money maker for him is fresh cut flowers. Trucked and Flown in from everywhere. He just buys and sells. Tried to get me into it back then. Now He just sits back smokes weed and lets his kids run it. Probably his Grand kids now. Lol. Nothing like the thrill of a bustling open market.dwells40, Speed_Drums, Dale thompson and 4 others Thank this.

Sounds real great... For somebody else.
How we used to say it here on this forum is "I Hate People". Seriously more than a half a dozen "people" in a room and I am looking for the exit. Going to a bustling farmers would be a form of torture for me. My tolerance for the general population has gone down faster than their overall Karenosity has grown. If I did this project I would need a face person that could handle sales.
My deeply ingrained introversion/isolationism would be something that has to be planned around.dwells40, Speed_Drums, InTooDeep and 8 others Thank this. -
