Swift and DAC

Does Swift still report to the DAC? I got a preventable accident which wasn't preventable nor is swift telling the truth (I have proof in the form of pictures and recorded phone calls with OnRoad). They said I had to be wenched out a ditch which isn't true and that I shouldn't have been driving when there was black ice on the road as if I could see the black ice. They also said I should have pulled over safely prior to getting stuck on black ice yet there's nowhere to safely park where I was and I know because I've lived in that area for the last 6 years. I'll be quitting over this so I know if I do and they report stuff to DAC then they will actually report it despite me having pictures, a call log, 2 police officers, as well as OnRoad on my side.

 

How is it preventable? Black ice is called black ice because it's not seen by people driving. Yes a tow truck was called but was cancelled about a half hour later when a plow came by and sprayed deicer under my drives.
