I'd get the forklift driver to open the door. The door is binding on the left side.

 

This eggactly why you check load securement if possible.

yeah, i had that happen to me a time or two with roll up doors. a forklift had to force it open

i've had them were the spring broke, and could never lift it

i've had the door somehow, someway fall off the track

 

That happens when some warehouse guy opens the roll-up door as fast and hard as he can.
Sometimes they do it on purpose.

 

my last job, it was all on me, as i had to unload and reload at all my stops. and i'd be ALL ALONE...!!!

one time, i had to call the boss at like about 1AM, told him the problem, he said, "get on back to the D/C center, you, or me can't do anything at this hour"

when i worked for an LTL carrier, it was all drop & hook, and i could give a flip, once i either docked them or dropped them in the yard.
